Indeed, OSN can increase business. For example, if my memory serves me correctly (these figures may be a little off, but they’re close), one attorney made an extra $10,000 per year by keeping up with his over 1000 facebook friends. While this attorney decided the time commitment was worth the additional $10,000, many attorneys felt that this time commitment was too costly. Perhaps, you will find the time commitment worth the cost, or perhaps you won’t. However, one thing was conclusive, attorneys who did not keep up with OSN contacts did not gain any business.
