Computer Hangs
No Comments
You are in the middle of your work, hang up, you suddenly realized your computer. But the problem is, you may not have saved for your work! Do not panic! There is a solution for this! And you can certainly save the file! Here’s how:1. Click “Ctrl-Alt-Delete” keys. The Windows Task Manager to open it, click on all programs that you do not need, and at the end of the operation. You will see that all programs in the taskbar to close one by one. If this solve the problem! – Then you save! (Tip # 1: If you have applied for MS Office, it will automatically save the file to where the program unexpectedly quit — Tip # 2: Save the file always at least every 2 minutes by simply clicking on the icon of the “Disk” — its only one click!)
2. If you have not solved the problem, there are some registered users on this computer? If yes, go to user (XP) activity and disconnect the user, go to the register screen and log in again.
The reason for the computer hang, there are many open programs and applications, keep in mind when too much memory to run to, it depends! Another reason is that even a computer to hang when you are connected to the Internet via dial-up, and you run too many applications and improve the opening of many websites. So I suggest if you have a multi-user or heavy Internet users, then you are better off with more memory, at least 512 MB of RAM.
There are simple ways to prevent computer freeze or hang:
3. Clean, delete your history at least once per week> Tools> Internet Options> History. I usually set up my story in “0″, that is, if you save to restart the computer, the pages of history, I have visited
4. Delete all temporary Internet files> Tools> Internet Options (not> Delete Files in the “offline” content!)
5. Delete cookies (some do not, but I do delete cookies at least once a week!)> Tools> Internet Options> Delete Cookies
6. Unnecessary programs, remove the no longer used, are claimed only space and memory! > Control Panel> Add / Remove Programs
7. What is the Disk Defragmenter at least once per week is> Point the mouse on the Start button, then right click on “discover”> right click mouse on drive C (which is usually the primary means of logical drive) > Properties> Tools> Defragment Now
8. You can also adjust the volume of the logical drive for errors> point the mouse on the Start button, then right click on “discover”> right click mouse on drive C: (I repeat, it is usually the most important system of logical unit)> Properties> Tools> Check Now
9. It is better that only one user is logged on. Although there are many users, make sure that the user logs off after using the computer that they are no longer logged in and you change the user. The change from a user is good, until they all registered users to take, I think it is more logical
10. Turn off the computer (not really use the power button when you turn them off!)
