The cost of health insurance continues to grow unabated. As the number of uninsured in America swells to 45 million people, many of them look to our political leaders for answers and relief. Rhetoric of the presidential campaign about how soaring health care costs control offers only short-term solutions, focusing on the sticker price. But the administration must address long-term solutions to the crisis spirals.
